Procedures for order:

How to place your orders?
Simply email us at theipaplace@yahoo.com.sg with the following details:
- Your name
- Contact number
- Address (for the item to be posted to)
- The Product ID as stated on our page
- Quantity
- Colour (for multi-colour items only, as indicated on our page)
Note:
Please provide all information requested above to avoid delay in processing of orders.
All orders and enquiries will be responsed to within 24 hours.

How to pay?
Upon receiving your orders, we will reply with an email confirmation providing the total cost. You are required to transfer the amount to an account number which will be provided in the email confirmation. After the transfer is completed, we will immediately process your orders. We will not process orders until payment is received.

How will you receive the goods?
Once order is processed, the items will be posted to the address as provided in your order. You should expect the products within 3 days from the date of order.
Normal postage included for all items wrapped with bubble packaging.
The IPA Place is not liable for any damage/loss of mail during the postage process. Registered postage can be arranged with additional of S$2.50 per address.
Complimentary delivery services to one address only will be arranged for purchases above S$100 per order.
